TRIBUAL PC LIMITED WARRANTY
Tribual PC branded computers are covered by a 1-year limited warranty on
parts and 3-year warranty on labor. The CPU and hard drive carry an additional
3 year manufacturer warranty.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?
Tribual PC warrants the hardware free from defects for a period of (1) year
beginning on the date the end-user receives the product. Tribual PC warrants
the workmanship of the computer free from defects for a period of (3) years
beginning on the date the end-user receives the product. The warranty also
covers the shipping of products to the end-user. During this period, Tribual
PC will repair or replace defective parts with new parts, without charge
to you. All original parts replaced by Tribual PC become the property of
Tribual PC. The end-user (you) is responsible for the payment, at current
rates, for any service or repair outside the scope of this limited warranty.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANY?
Tribual PC does not cover external causes or accidents including: physical
misuse of the computer, disasters such as fire or flood, abuse, failed computer
services by third parties, electrical problems (i.e a damaged power outlet),
user failure to perform REQUIRED preventive actions, malfunctions with software
not supplied with Tribual PC (unless we approve).
CONDITIONS
-In the event that the product is returned to Tribual PC for repair - should
no defect in materials or workmanship is found, you will be responsible
for return shipping.
-You only qualify for warranty service if you retain any proof of purchase
(i.e your dated invoice)
-You must contact Tribual PC in advance (whether via phone or email) in
advance for any major system modification, such as reformatting the hard
drive or overclocking components.
Tribual PC makes no warranty or representation, either express or
implied, with respect to any other manufacturers product or documentation,
its quality, performance, efficiency for a certain purpose, or conformity
to any representation or description.
RMA Policy
-To RMA a component or system, you MUST have proof of purchase (dated invoice)
-To receive a RMA number, please contact rma@tribualpcsystems.com
-Contact Tribual PC for further RMA instructions
-When shipping to Tribual PC, we recommend that you properly package the
computer or parts and insure the shipment. Tribual PC is not liable or responsible
for freight damage. It is recommended that you insure the package- if we
receive the product damaged, you may be able to file a claim with your freight
service.

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide
this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices
you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
The Information We Collect:
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Tribual
PC Systems website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests,
and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected
at these pages are: Name, Address, Email, Phone number/Fax.
On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example,
if you wish to tell a friend about a product, you will need to submit the
recipients name and email address.
The Way We Use Information:
-We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order
only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside
parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
-We use the information you provide about someone else when emailing the
recipient product information. We do not share this information with outside
parties.
-We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses
are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
-You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletter
as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit
on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the
registration form
